The price of food has skyrocketed in the years I've been buying for my household. Bread, for one, has probably trippled. _Fresh bread_ from major bread companies has become so high, that lots of stores have their own cheaper brand, although seemingly as good of taste as the more known brands. I have certainly bought cheaper brands, when the bread is fresh. I haven't noticed the difference, too much, in the taste, and the price is more economical to my billfold!

Bread is a 'staple', and also one of the food groups of which we make choices every day, in order to have good health. It's very tasty, nourishing, and it certainly can add to your 'body measurements'. To make the bread, you use flour and other dry ingredients, including a leavening ingredient. One of the definitions in the dictionary for leavening is: To pervade with a lightening, enlivening, or modifying influence. To pervade, means to permeate every part.
