What's on your plate for today, next week, the year, or your lifetime? Are you letting the enemy get the best of you? How many times have you had an opportunity of a lifetime to knock at your door, only to believe that it was impossible for you to even entertain the idea? So many times we pass up opportunites that would help us grow in our lives, and would be in the will of God,
but we let fear come upon us. Perhaps we think that we don't have time to do a project, given all the daily chores, time with our children, and activities that we might be engaged in at the time. Again, the enemy has come against us, wanting us to believe that we don't 'have time' or perhaps the intelligence to
tackle the job at hand.
Satan is going to try his best to keep you from attempting anything that might help you prosper in life. He just wants you to succumb to him, to fail, and then he will go his merry way, leaving you depressed. He will make you feel that you don't have the ability to reach deadlines that you might be facing.
But, who are you going to believe - the WORD, or the enemy? Does the Word not say that 'all things are possible with GOD, and all things are possible to him that believeth? The Word says to 'seek ye first the Kingdom of God, and all these things shall come to you'. [ Matt 6:33 ] What things? All the things that God knows you have need of.
If the 'opportunity of a lifetime' has come from Him, then believe that HE will arrange for you to have the time to do what it takes to succeed. Have faith!
| Heavenly Father, the enemy tries to make us believe that we can't deliver on time, when an opportunity knocks. But we know, that if it's from you, you will make time for us. Help us to seek your face, and leave all the problems at your doorstep, and believe! In Jesus name, we pray. Amen. |
