No Secrets Or Coverup With God

Ecclesiastes 12:14 For God shall bring every work into judgment, with every secret thing, whether [it be] good, or whether [it be] evil.

If you have children, or 'ever been one yourself', you surely know that they have 'secrets', and they do things and "try" to cover it up. I can remember doing things behind my parents back, thinking "I'll never get caught. They didn't see me do it." I remember when my daughter broke a vase, put it under her bed for me to find later, and when I did, went out of her way to tell me she didn't do it and she had no idea how it got under her bed. Children know how to try and be convincing; kid yourself not!

There are adults that think the way children think - "I can do whatever I want, it's my business and nobody will ever be the wiser. I sure won't tell them. It'll be my little secret, and if the need arises, I can do a coverup".

The Presidency of the United States is the highest office in the land, and should be held by a person of impeccable behaviour; after all, he/she leads the whole country and people from all over the world are looking in. They are now reading/hearing the garbage coming from Washington. If it's true, then we have a problem, given it's been said, "It's NOT SO"!, by the authority. But, let it be known, if it is true, then we have had a sort of cover-up for years. Regardless of the outcome, our nation will never be the same - the office has lost it's savor. Maybe people have woke up and journalists are now sending out the message that the public won't stand for such things to be going on in the highest office in the land.

Some people seem to think whatever they do, they will get away with it. They don't have to account to anyone. If they did it, then they just lie...nothing to it; it's a practiced habit!

Wake up time, folks! Let's not be deceived; there is NO secret that our Heavenly Father doesn't know, and we'll never be able to do a coverup that he won't see! I would think that no human being in his/her right mind would want to know the full power of God's anger at the mock of sin, of making light of Christ. When we claim to be a christian, yet we disobey HIS laws, then we have done just that.

Mark 4:22 For there is nothing hid, which shall not be manifested; neither was any thing kept secret, but that it should come abroad. Heavenly Father, let each of us examine our lives today, to see where we come short in obeying your commands. Help us to see where we've gone wrong and repent, and come back under your guidance. In Jesus name we pray. Amen.
