Sold Out!
 Our Thoughts:
Sold out! Sounds like your average store sale. You get there early, or so you think, only to
discover someone has beat you to the bargains you came to buy. But, does that stop you from shopping? Probably not, although the sale items were the ones
for which you came.
As Christians, we have to be 'sold out' for God. We can't straddle the fence; there's no inbetween's, but a straight and narrow path to salvation.
We first 'count the cost'; are we willing to lay down our lives for the Lord? Will we fully place our trust in His ability to do what he has promised? Do we place our
life in His hands, so that He may mold us the way He intended? Or, do we 'hold back', half trusting, half yielding, to God? Do we say that we trust him, that we give
our life to Him, yet, our actions speak otherwise?
Take an inventory of your life; are you fully 'sold out' to God? Or, are there places you haven't yielded totally to Him? If so, why not seek His face today,
and give your all to Him, making Him your Lord?
God's Thoughts:
Matthew 6:33 But seek ye first the kingdom of God, and his righteousness; and all these things shall be added unto you.
Luke 14:28 For which of you, intending to build a tower, sitteth not down first, and counteth the cost, whether he have sufficient to finish it?
Our Cup:
Heavenly Father, I want to be completely sold out to you, that you work in every area of my life. Help me keep on the straight and narrow path. In Jesus name, I pray. Amen.
