There are lots of plans changed beyond our control. Take airline trips, for instance. We have no control over the flights; we are at their mercy. If a flight changes unexpectedly, our plans are changed, and, sometimes, very dramatically. They don't go by our plans to schedule the flights or the cancellations. Sometimes the weather will cause us to have to change our plans. Storms or tornados come unexpectedly, and we have to call off the things we have planned.

But, there is one plan that never changes. It is the plan of salvation. God set it in existence and it has never changed. He sent His Son to earth, and He died on the cross of our sins. He was buried, resurrected, and ascended to heaven, all because God had made those plans beforehand. Nothing changed. We attain salvation through faith by grace that was given to us through his death, burial and resurrection. No other path, no other plan, can get you to eternal life with God.

Heavenly Father, human plans change. But, thank you, Lord, that you never change the plan of salvation. It's always free, for our believing and having faith in you. We give you honor, praise and glory. In Jesus name, I pray. Amen.
