Hope In Jesus

2000  Our Thoughts:
In the morning emails, I received a very sad letter, although one with 'hope'! A special child went home to be with the Lord Sunday morning. This was the third child this lady has lost to Batten's disease. I am sure this family is experiencing a great loss this morning, knowing that, this side of heaven, they won't see their son again.
This child is now in the hands of the Lord. He's not suffering anymore, and one day, this family will all be reunited, if they keep their trust in Him! He is able to sustain them through the coming days, weeks, months, years, until He returns to call his children home. Then what a hallelujah time they're going to have. If we have only hope in this life, then we are most miserable!! But, if we place our trust in the Lord, then we know that he has given us the assurance of eternal life with Him, through grace!
God's Thoughts:
Jeremiah 17:7 Blessed is the man that trusteth in the LORD, and whose hope the LORD is.
Our Cup:
Heavenly Father, you are rejoicing over one more child that has come home. We ask that you comfort this family in their time of grief. If there be anyone that isn't ready to go, then we ask that you use this testimony to reach them for the kingdom of God. We give you praise and thank you for the mercy and grace you've extended to all of us. In Jesus name, Amen.
