Don't Give Up!

Our Thoughts:

Day after day, we face things in our life that seem to overwhelm us. I'm seeing more and more sickness come to believers, and more loss of finances than prosperity. Ministries are being hit hard by the enemy. If he can't get them through their finances, he will try to get them through their own lives. Just this weekend, I found out about this precious couple, who minister around the country, who have been hit drastically in the area of their health. The wife is now unable to do anything, laying on a bed in the hospital, after a massive stroke four weeks ago. In the natural, it looks very bleak for her life. Others are facing drastic hits to their finances. The pay day may be more, but seems the expenses just get larger, day by day. One gets hit with larger electricity bills, larger gas bills, and food bills. Seems nothing is working out for the good of God's people. More and more people are becoming depressed, ready to give up.

It's not over yet! The enemy will try and tell you that it's hopeless, to just give up. Where there is life, there is hope! Never give up, for He will do for you what He has said He will do. The scripture says He has 'no respect of persons' [Romans 2:11], but He is a respector of His Word. When you come to Him, you must believe that you will receive, that your need will be met - keep the faith! We need to be like Mary, when we come to the Lord - there should be no distractions! Things may look bleak in the natural, and our mind may want to steer in that direction. But, listen to the Spirit, and know that all things are possible with the Lord, and especially to those that believe and do not doubt His Word.
