 Our Thoughts:
Each day, I try to write a devotional, perhaps based on things of that day, or something that has come about in our lives.
Satan is always there, waiting to say, "You can't think of a thing to write tonight". AND, sometimes, he's right. But he never
wins. Oh, he sure gets under my skin at times, but I know in whom I place my trust. When we place our full trust in Him, He
will get us through whatever we face. And, that means writing these devotionals as well. What the devil means for harm or bad,
the Lord can use for His good!! Just as I was writing to a friend that I couldn't come up with the devotional tonight, in pops the scripture! God is never late!
Satan, you are defeated!! I believe the Word of God; it is truth, and it says that I can do ALL things through Christ who strengthens me! He enables me to
write the devotionals and I need only rely on Him that he will put something in my spirit to put on the page.
When satan tries to trip you up, or make you think you aren't able to do something, remind him who he is and in WHOM you place your trust. Put him on the road with the Word of God!
God's Thoughts:
Philippians 4:13 I can do all things through Christ which strengtheneth me.
Our Cup:
Heavenly Father, I thank your for the strength to do the work you've put before me. Help me to be obedient in everything you ask, and to never let satan get his hold on my life. I give you praise. In Jesus name, Amen.
