Church of the Living God

dotOur Thoughts:

There are three groups of people:

(1)Those that WATCH what happens,
(2)those that MAKE things happen, and
(3) those that WONDER what happened.

There are so many hurting people in the world today. Some don't even know why they are hurting, or what is making them hurt. They have no peace, and don't know how to obtain peace. They try every way conceivable, through worldly things, and are left still hurting.

Christians can and should make a difference. We need to be 'stone removers' - the 'hands of God' reaching out to others. We need to be as close to God as needed, in order to be used whenever someone is in need. We need to reach out to the hurting people in the church - feed them the FOOD from God's Word, and show them how to apply it to their every day lives. We need to be able to pray for burdens to be removed from people. These burdens are put on by the enemy, making them oppressed, and weighed down.

God needs people to know and discern the need of the hour. So many come forth that are 'bound with grave clothes' (addictions). We should be able to pray for them and command that they be loosed and set free, in the name of Jesus! It's time we took the world back for God! Now is the hour, now is the time! Work like there is no tomorrow, because, one day, there might not be. We need to be ready and on fire for Christ every minute of every day! WE are the CHURCH of the LIVING GOD - we need to wake up and act like it!

dotGod's Thoughts:

Hebrews 10:23 Let us hold fast the profession of our faith without wavering; (for he is faithful that promised)

Hebrews 10:24 And let us consider one another to provoke unto love and to good works

dotOur Cup:

Heavenly Father, teach us how to reach out and rescue those that are drowning in their hurts and pain. Show us how to love your way, and help those people come out from under the oppression of the enemy that has them bound. We give you praise. In Jesus name, I pray. Amen.
