Sometimes we only need encouragement to hang on long enough to realize those dreams, wants, or expectations. I know this lady who dated a guy for awhile, and fell in love. But, the man ended the relationship, and it hurt her very deeply. She knew is was in God's plan that they be together, but felt he wasn't following God's plan, although he thought he was. She has prayed daily about the situation and others have prayed as well. I've encouraged her to not look at the outward appearance of the situation, but give it all to God and wait. And, she has done this for about six months. Looking at the outward appearance, she never thought she'd see him again. But, little did she know what was going to happen. Last night, unexpectedly, he shows up at her house just before she got home, having never been there before! He found she wasn't home and left, only to pass her on the highway and turned around and came back. She said she almost passed out to find him parking in her yard! He said he had come to check on her, to make sure she was doing okay and to meet her kids. Folks, GOD works on us sometimes when we don't even know it! It wasn't by chance he came to check on her; he's had six months to do that. He's fighting committment, but God is working on his Spirit! Nobody knows how this will work out but God. But, if we never give God our dreams, wants,or expectations so He can hande them, we may never realize them. We have to hold on, never give up - never, ever let the enemy sit on your shoulder and whisper in your ear that it won't happen. It can and will, if you listen to God, and trust Him completely!

Hebrews 11:1 Now faith is the substance of things hoped for, the evidence of things not seen.

Our Cup:

Heavenly Father, help us keep the faith in you, for all things are possible. The enemy comes to steal our blessings, but, we know, if we place our faith in you, we can beat the enemy at his own game. We give you praise. In Jesus name, I pray. Amen.
