The Main Door
 Our Thoughts:
With a child, a simple question can arouse numerous more questions, answers, and more questions. A young child can
entertain you with the counting exercise, believe me! We were taken through that one tonight on the way to a store.
It started with, "Nanny, I know what two and two make", and we doubled that, and he still came up with the answer.
The excerise will often drift off into spelling. Young children can really keep you amused! They 'spell' like they 'hear' -
not all the vowels are there, but they have the essence of the spelling!
The same goes for our religious beliefs. We don't all get it 'right'; that is, we don't all adhere to ALL
the beliefs of each other. But, we should all believe along the same lines, when it comes to salvation through grace by faith.
Jesus is the 'door' by which we receive this salvation, and there is no other way.
God's Thoughts:
John 10:9 I am the door: by me if any man enter in, he shall be saved, and shall go in and out, and find pasture.
Our Cup:
Heavenly Father, we know that Jesus is the only door by which we can be saved. We give you thanks for the opportunity to know Him
as our Saviour. In Jesus name, we pray, Amen.
