Jehovah Jireh
 Our Thoughts:
Many times, we think God has forgotten us. We can't seem to connect with Him. But, sometimes it's our fault that God seems to be no where around. We forget to invite
Him in! Picture this scenario: I have brought you a gift. I set it on the table, but you never pick it up. The gift is yours for the taking, but you are afraid to touch it.
God's provisions for your life is like that. He is our provider. No matter what the problem may be - materially, physically, mentally - He will provide. His grace is sufficient for you. BUT, you have to
want that provision enough to ask! Sure, he knows what you are thinking - but he wants you to ask.
There is nothing he won't do for his chosen. God sent Christ to die for us, for His blood to cover all our sins. Why would He not do the little things in our life to make us comfortable as we walk here
on earth, spreading the good news of the gospel of Jesus Christ?
God is a God of love. We were made in his image, in his likeness. If we follow after Him, obey his voice, He will surely provide for our needs. He is the Jehovah Jireh - "My Provider".
God's Thoughts:
And Abraham called the name of that place Jehovah Jireh (that is, The Lord will provide) (Genesis 22:14).
Our Cup:
Heavenly Father, you have made us heirs to the promises. You are our provider and the God of enough. I know you will provide for whatever our need might be. We give you praise and honor and glory due your precious name. In Jesus name, we pray. Amen.
