What's In Store For Our Country?

Our Thoughts:

EVIL is already here, and the secular society wants MORE - they abhor a President who has moral values, that doesn't cheat, that admits, without GOD, he could do nothing, and admits that HE prays every morning. THEY fear that HE is listening to his spiritual side, rather than his SECULAR side.

Christians understand the importance of letting GOD lead, guide and direct their life - especially in the time we are living now. Now isn't the time to go out on our own, and think we can make it through without the power given us through the Holy Spirit.

Society has gotten slack on it's morals. Movies that would once have been given an X rating, are now rated PG-13. Parents can no longer feel confident that their teenagers won't see sex or violence, or perhaps even more, in the PG-13 movies. It's just another way that evil is slipping up on those of us who have been asleep at the helm. When you lose control of the ship, it goes astray in the water, perhaps to be grounded on the rocks. When you lose control of your morals, then, you are headed for ruin.

Too long, we have sat back and let the secular society run the country, taking away more and more rights of the Christians, all in the name of political correctness. Christians have been either too timid or felt too intimidated to speak their minds, or stand up for their beliefs. There is no time like the present to let others know what you stand for. Today is not too early to say 'enough is enough'. If there's nothing you can do but pray, then pray. If there are other things you can do, by all means, get out and do it. No longer feel there is no use doing the little you can do, thinking that it won't help, because it will. Prayer changes things. With GOD, all things are possible, and when we go to bat for that which is right, you have GOD on your side. And, you can take part in what is in the future for our country!

God's Thoughts:

2 Chronicles 7:14 If my people, which are called by my name, shall humble themselves, and pray, and seek my face, and turn from their wicked ways; then will I hear from heaven, and will forgive their sin, and will heal their land.

Our Cup:

Heavenly Father, our country is in need of a re-overhaul - a spiritual awakening, and a healing! Too long Christians have been put down, and intimidated. Now is the time for us to rise up and say enough is enough. Help us stand up for what is Truth, and call a wrong as a wrong. We give you praise. In Jesus name, we pray. Amen.
