This week, we have found it a comfort to pray. Our nation has been hit by terrorism as we've never known it. Our own airplanes were ceased, our airways used for the path of destruction. Our eyes and ears had not seen or heard the beast that was contemplating this destruction. Have we become accustomed to it happening on every other continent, but felt that it would 'never happen here'? Now, we know anything is possible. We must heed the call to prayer, to get back in tune with God - to stay in a state of prayer and worship constantly with Him.

Prayer is our personal talk with God. But, we should know how to pray effectively, when we start praying for our nation and it's leaders. It's not enough just to pray wisdom and protection, but to pray the WORD effectively. It's through our correct prayers that answers will come.
