SALADS
CRANBERRY SAUCE SALAD April 5, 1997
Measurements for Large Salad 2 small strawberry Jello - Sugar Free
2 1/2 cups boiling water 1 large can Ocean Spray Cranberry Sauce 1 cup chopped pecans
| Crush cranberry sauce with potato masher until smooth. Dissolve jello in boiling
water and add cranberry sauce. Stir until mixture is smooth.
Add pecans and let set 45 minutes in refrigerator. Then stir well so that pecans will not
come to top of salad and settle. |
Measurements for Small Salad
1 Small Strawberry Jello - Sugar Free 1 1/4 Cups of boiling water 1 large can Ocean Spray Cranberry Sauce
1 cup of chopped pecans

JELLO SALAD
1 large Cool Whip
1 can Eagle Brand Milk
1 large box Strawberry jello
1 can fruit cocktail
1 can crushed pineapple
Fresh or frozen strawberries
| Dissolve jello in 1 1/2 cups boiling water. Set in refrigerator until it begins to set. Remove and stir in other ingredients. Return
to refrigerator until thickened. |
